Staff was friendly. When we were given a room and we found that it reeked of smoke they immediately changed it.
The hotel looks better in the pictures. If they had given more emphasis on the room as they have given it to the bathroom then it could truly be classified as a boutique hotel.

The Anil Boutique Hotel has a very nice location - it is centrally located, and all the touristic spots are near by (you can see the Akropolis from the hotel room). It is a very nice hotel, very cozy, its breakfast is very good, the hotel has clean and spaceous rooms, with excellent bathroom facilities, and also with a relaxing view that we have got from our room on the 3rd floor. The hotel staff is very supportive and helpful - indeed, the staff is very nice and very well informed in what tourists might be interested in, such as historical places, restaurants and simply places to relax after an intense day. I indeed want to thank the staff for their generosity, for their kindness and willingness to assist their guests. Thank you very much indeed! It was very relaxing to stay at Anil Boutique Hotel.
There were no such things. We liked everything at this hotel.

The staff, especially Dede, the manager, were especially helpful. We stayed for two nights, since to see the Acropolis and the Asklepion (the two main remains of ancient Pergamon) you need a day (at least!) Dede gave us useful information about getting to these sites, got us a taxi to go to and from the Acropolis (necessary on a very hot day!) and told us of two excellent restaurants. She is bilingual in Turkish and English, and very friendly and interesting. Our room, with a balcony, had a great view of the Acropolis. The bathroom especially had contemporary design, with a great shower.

Staff is very helpful--especially DD at the desk. Great views of the Pergamon Acropolis! Stylish room decorations.
Breakfast offerings are quite limited, with instant coffee only.

Very friendly welcome and good helpful service throughout. My room was comfortable with a great view. Everything worked! Excellent location with all the main tourist sites walkable (meaning the bottom of the new cablecar to the Acropolis), as are both minibus terminals.

Excellent location.Renovated rooms with fabulous shower ( with lots of features: jets, massage etc. ). Disposable paper slippers .Very clean room with cheerful decoration and fun colors. Very friendly and helpful staff (some with good English ) giving information and booking my bus ticket to Istanbul. Breakfast was simple but adequate. For the price it was definitely luxury .If you are visiting Bergama and are there for the Museum, Acropolis etc. there is no better place to stay. A 10 minute walk from the Hotel to the lift that takes you up to Acropolis, 5 minutes to the Bus terminal with all the bus companies that offer services in all directions and close to shopping if you are in the market for Bergama carpets. I would definitely stay there again.
There was no mini fridge in the room. There were a few bottles of water, and other drinks but they were not cold.

Nice hotel with a good location to reach pergamon and the asclepion. Staff was gentle and helpful. The receptionist speaks very good english. The breakfast was good and quite satisfactory.
The hotel is too expensive for the location 'cause bergama offers nothing but the one day visit to the archeological site.

Service & Location were very good.
Roof top terrace (one of the main reasons why we booked here) was closed for renovations, not there fault but would have appreciated the hotel advising of this before our stay.
